Update on Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As a family owned and operated business in Northern Arizona for over 30years, Oxendale Auto Groups goal has always been to provide a safe and clean environment for our valued employees and customers every day. This goal has never been more important than now, during the Cov-19 Coronavirus pandemic.

Our goal is to make sure that you, the community that we serve, continue to feel confident in knowing we are taking this very seriously. In addition to our current internal cleanliness efforts we have increased these efforts across all our dealerships for your safety and the safety of our amazing communities. We are following the cleanliness guidelines provided by the CDC and we will continue to do so.

All of our employees at Oxendale Hyundai are in compliance with Executive Order 2020-40 issued by Governor Douglas Ducey, where when social distancing is not possible wear a face covering. We always will provide a safe environment when interacting with our cutomers, the health and safety of our employees and our customers is our top priority. 

Our Service Department can schedule no touch service “Drop Off and Pick Up” or pick up and drop off for your vehicle during Service Hours. To ensure everyones safety your vehicle will be “disinfected with BioEsque”, a hospital grade disinfectant that assures safety from all touch points staff may interact with during the visit. The keys will be disinfected, placed in a plastic bag and then secured in a lock box for you to retrieve the keys without visiting staff.

During this time in order to help with your vehicle purchase we will provide the following:

An Online Buying Process:

Select the vehicle that works best for your current needs. Get instant trade-in values from your home, apply on-line and get approved for financing. The entire process can now be done online and over the phone but our dealership remains open for you if you would prefer to conclude business in-person.

Video Walk-Around:

We are able to provide a personalized video showcasing our vehicles, inside and out. FaceTime and SMS Text options are available for one-on-one demonstration of a vehicle of your choosing. Please let your salesperson know if this is something we may provide for you.

Effortless Pickup and Delivery:

We will schedule a time and place at your request with a vehicle of your choosing for a test drive or for the final vehicle delivery, distance limits may apply.

Vehicle Service:

Our Service Department, Parts Department and Detail Department are open to meet the needs of the community full-service, 5 days a week. We are currently offering touchless service drop-off & curbside pickup services at our franchise dealerships.
